Capabilities and organisational dimensions conducive to green product innovation: Evidence from Croatian and Spanish manufacturing firms

This paper aims to determine which configuration of green innovation capabilities (GICs) and organisational dimensions (ODs) leads achieving product (GPI). We used data collected through the European Manufacturing Survey (EMS) from manufacturing firms in Spain Croatia considered be innovators. After conducting a cluster analysis, we identified group that still develop conventional innovations (CPIs) three groups at different stages GPI development. The four clusters were characterised using variables, or determinants GPI, associated with seven GICs five ODs favour GPI. According findings, all under analysis have positive impact on development, results consolidation framework organisations could use manage innovation.
